Parental Access Support System (PASS)

Welcome the the Parental Access Support System (PASS). In order to use this system you will need your child’s ID number and a PIN number that has been assigned to them.

Simply type in your student’s ID number in the box labeled “ID:” and their PIN number in the box labeled “PIN:” and click on a view. If you have more than one student to view, simply enter their ID and PIN at any time and choose a view.

Academic Plan – Not yet implemented.
Attendance – Attendance by Period/Block.
Current Marks – Current grading period marks.
Fees and Payments – Current balance of fees owed.
GPA History – GPA History
Guidance – Discipline information.
Mark History – Previous years letter grades.
Schedule/Progress – Current classroom grading and assignment information.
Test History – Previous WASL or other test scores.
Vaccination – Current vaccinations on record.
